Leadwidey is a “no-code” lead scoring engine designed for solo entrepreneurs, creators, influencers and small teams. Instead of a complex CRM, it provides one simple dashboard that shows you exactly which of your leads are “sales-ready” right now.

Leadwidey is for anyone who has a “list” of contacts but no simple, affordable way to know who is most engaged. Solo Entrepreneurs & B2B Freelancers ,Creators & Writers, Ecommerce Sellers, Online Course Instructors, Outbound Sale Teams, Social Media Influencers etc.

This is the most important difference. Most CRMs are complex, expensive, and invasive. Leadwidey is different in three key ways:
Privacy: We are “Zero-Risk”. We NEVER scan your private email inbox, unlike competitors who require full Gmail/Outlook access to function.
Pricing: We are “No-Seat”. We charge one flat, simple price ($80/yr) for your entire team. Competitors use “per-seat” pricing that punishes you for growing.
Simplicity: We are not a complex, all-in-one CRM. We are a simple “AI engine” that does one job perfectly: finding “sales-ready” leads.

It’s a simple 3-step “no-code” process:
Upload Your List: Connect your Google Sheet, upload a CSV, or just copy-paste your existing list of contacts.
Create a Tracking Link: Use our link builder to create either a “Dynamic Link” (for email lists) or a “General Link” (for your social media bio, QR codes, etc.).
See Your “Hot Leads”: That’s it. As your leads click your links, your “Action-Oriented Dashboard” will automatically populate with “Hot,” “Warm,” and “Cold” leads (B6) based on their “Widey Score”.

This is the core of our tracking system:
Dynamic Links (e.g., .../link?email={{email}}) are for your email campaigns (like Substack or Brevo). They automatically identify which specific subscriber clicked, allowing for precise scoring of known individuals.
General Links (e.g., t.leadwidey.com/My-Bio) are for anonymous traffic sources like your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, or a QR code. These links tell you which channels are performing best, but (to protect privacy and avoid cookie banners) they do not score individual leads.

Our algorithm is simple and transparent. It’s based on two key factors:
Intent (Niyet): A click on a high-intent link (like your pricing.html page or shopier.com payment link) is worth more points than a click on a general ‘About Us’ page.
Recency (Yenilik): The score is a “rolling 90-day” total. This means clicks from 91 days ago “expire” and fall off, ensuring your “Hot” list is always fresh and focused on current interest.

When you finish a sales process with a lead (e.g., you made the sale, or they weren’t a good fit), you can go into the “View” panel (in your dashboard.html) and hit “Reset Score”. This manually sets that lead’s score to 0, moving them from your “Hot” list to “Cold.” This keeps your dashboard clean. If that same customer interacts with a new campaign in the future, their score will automatically start to rise again.

It’s Leadwidey core pricing model. Unlike competitors who charge “per-user,” we offer one flat, simple price ($7.90/mo or $80/yr) for your entire organization. You are never penalized with “per-seat” fees just for growing your team.

NO. Absolutely not. This is our “Zero-Risk” promise. Leadwidey does not require access to your inbox. We do not scan your emails. Our scoring is 100% privacy-first, based only on the tracking links you create.

Instead of manually uploading CSV files, you can connect a Google Sheet as your lead source. When you add a new row (a new lead) to that sheet, Leadwidey will automatically import it into your account and start tracking its score. It’s the perfect “no-code” way to automate your workflow if you already use Google Sheets.

Yes. Our entire strategy is privacy-first.
We do not use tracking cookies on your anonymous (General) links (like QR codes or social media links). This respects visitor privacy and avoids the need for invasive cookie banners on those links. Our scoring engine only activates for leads who are already on your list (e.g., via a dynamic email link), for whom you (as the “Data Controller”) already have a legal basis to contact.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-first CAPTCHA) on our own forms.

Don’t just stack data. True knowledge comes from the data that creates the most connections.
